2- Absolute Law, Absolute Responsibility, Absolute Rights, Natural Law – The Rule of Equity!

WHEREAS 1; Absolute Law, Absolute Responsibility, Absolute Rights, Natural Law, The Rules of Equity.

  1. The highest law is each living human under Absolute and Natural Law until someone can prove that they have more authority from the “creator” than another until rebutted (See The Limits of Individual Human Authority, Rights and Jurisdiction).
  2. This limits each person’s authority is found to be twofold,
  3. Fulfilling the needs of survival which is instinctive and unreasoned.
    • (hereinafter ABSOLUTE LAW – the highest authority for all humans),
  4. Being a member of society interacting with others, where our natural absolute rights are established by our authority, which is to not knowingly cause another creation harm.
    • (hereinafter ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY and ABSOLUTE HUMAN RIGHTS)
  5. This is the foundation of the Civil Rules which has stood the test of time because it is discoverable to all and remains unrebutted, the test of unconscionable behaviour –  intent to knowingly cause another harm (as proven with manslaughter vs. murder) and the doctrine of clean hands (Intent, acting unethically or has acted in bad faith)
    • (hereinafter NATURAL LAW) .

WHEREAS 2; The Rules of Equity

  • EQUITY. In its broadest and most general signification, this term denotes the spirit and the habit of fairness, justness, and right dealing which would regulate the intercourse of men with men,
—the rule of doing to all others as we desire them to do to us; or, as it is expressed by Justinian,
“to live honestly, to harm nobody, to render to every man his due.” Inst. 1, 1, 3. It is therefore the synonym of natural right or justice. But in this sense its obligation is ethical rather than jural, and its discussion belongs to the sphere of morals.
It is grounded in the precepts of the conscience, not in any sanction of positive law.
In a restricted sense, the word denotes equal and impartial justice as between two persons
whose rights or claims are ‘in conflict; justice, that is, as ascertained by natural reason or ethical insight, but independent of the formulated body of law.

EQUITABLE MAXIMS – PRINCIPALS OF CONSCIONABLE

  1. Natural Law is reflected in the Laws as recorded in the group of books commonly referred to as The Holy Bible, as verified by Sir William Blackstone in his published Commentaries.
