If we don’t know who we are and what we are then we have no hope of finding our place in society and we will remain under the control of the “others”. This can only be done if you have the courage to take responsibility for your future as without testing your socially conditioned belief systems you will never find the truth!
- Knowing who and what we are allows us to understand our authority is no more or less than another’s – everyone on this planet is equally the highest lawmaker.
- Life is not prepaid and others do not owe us a living. We are all equal shareholders in global resources and rights and privileges back by violence creates the unequal benefit derived from communal resources
- These rights and privileges stem from unrebutted claims.
- There is merely one law applicable to all humans
- – no one has authority to knowingly cause another harm

Once we know who we are and where we stand in relation to other humans and our home, this planet we cane choose to live in a civilised society based in truth or continue the lie that we live under the rule of law. If we did there would be peace and not war!
- EQUITY. In its broadest and most general signification, this term denotes the spirit and the habit of fairness, justness, and right dealing which would regulate the intercourse of men with men,
—the rule of doing to all others as we desire them to do to us; or, as it is expressed by Justinian,
“to live honestly, to harm nobody, to render to every man his due.” Inst. 1, 1, 3. It is therefore the synonym of natural right or justice. But in this sense its obligation is ethical rather than jural, and its discussion belongs to the sphere of morals.
It is grounded in the precepts of the conscience, not in any sanction of positive law.
In a restricted sense, the word denotes equal and impartial justice as between two persons
whose rights or claims are ‘in conflict; justice, that is, as ascertained by natural reason or ethical insight, but independent of the formulated body of law. - REMEDY. The means by which a right is enforced or the violation of a right is prevented, redressed, or compensated. Remedies are of four kinds:
- (1) By act of the party injured, the principal of which are defense, recaption, distress, entry, abatement, and seizure;
- (2) by operation of law, as in the case of retainer and remitter;
- (3) by agreement between the parties, e. g., by accord and satisfaction and arbitration; and
- (4) by judicial remedy, Strictly speaking, “remedy” is no part of the action, but is the result thereof, the object for which the action is presented, the end to which all the litigation is directed.
- REDRESS. The receiving satisfaction for an injury sustained.
- Remedies for the redress of injuries are either public, by indictment, when the injury to the individual or to his property affects the public, or private, when ‘the tort is only injurious to the individual.

THEREFORE 2; Self evident laws beyond the needs of human survival (NATURAL LAW):
NATURAL LAW. This expression, “natural law,” or jus naturale, was largely used in the philosophical speculations of the Roman jurists of the Antonine age, and was intended to denote a system of rules and principles for the guidance of human conduct which, independently of enacted law or of the systems peculiar to any one people, might be discovered by the rational intelligence of man, and would be found to grow out of and conform to his nature, meaning by that word his whole mental, moral, and physical constitution.
