Hierarchy of Law &#8211; UK"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>WHEREAS 1: Absolute Law, Absolute Responsibility, Absolute Rights, Natural Law<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The highest law is each living human under Absolute and Natural Law until someone can prove that they have more authority from the &#8220;creator&#8221; than another until rebutted <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/publicnotices.community\/wordpress\/sample-page\/1-the-limits-of-individual-human-authority-rights-and-jurisdiction\/\">(See The Limits of Individual Human Authority, Rights and Jurisdiction)<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This limits each person&#8217;s authority is found to be twofold,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fulfilling the needs of survival which is instinctive and unreasoned.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>(hereinafter ABSOLUTE LAW &#8211; the highest authority for all humans),<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Being a member of society interacting with others, where our natural absolute rights are established by our authority, which is to not knowingly cause another creation harm.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>(hereinafter ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY and ABSOLUTE HUMAN RIGHTS)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is the foundation of the Civil Rules which has stood the test of time because it is discoverable to all and remains unrebutted, the test of <strong>unconscionable behaviour &#8211; \u00a0intent to knowingly cause another harm (<\/strong>as proven with manslaughter vs. murder) and the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.m.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Clean_hands\"><strong>doctrine of clean hands<\/strong><\/a> (Intent<strong>, <\/strong>acting\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.m.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Business_ethics\">unethically<\/a>\u00a0or has acted in\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.m.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bad_faith\">bad faith<\/a>)<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>(hereinafter NATURAL LAW)<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><strong>WHEREAS 2:\u00a0 The Rules of Equity supercede &#8220;at Law&#8221;<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>EQUITABLE MAXIMS &#8211; PRINCIPALS OF CONSCIONABLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a style=\"color: #ff4b33;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_acts_in_personam_(i.e._on_persons_rather_than_on_objects)\">Equity acts<em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0in personam\u00a0<\/span><\/em>(i.e. on persons rather than on objects)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"color: #ff4b33;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_sees_that_as_done_what_ought_to_be_done\">Equity sees that as done what ought to be done<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"color: #ff4b33; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_follows_the_law\">Equity follows the law<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"color: #ff4b33; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_imputes_an_intent_to_fulfill_an_obligation\">Equity imputes an intent to fulfill an obligation<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_will_not_assist_a_volunteer\">Equity will not assist a volunteer<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"color: #ff4b33;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_aids_the_vigilant_not_the_indolent\">Equity aids the vigilant not the indolent<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#One_who_seeks_equity_must_do_equity\">One who seeks equity must do equity<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#He_who_comes_into_equity_must_come_with_clean_hands\">He who comes into equity must come with clean hands<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"color: #ff4b33;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maxims_of_equity#Equity_abhors_a_forfeiture\">Equity abhors a forfeiture<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Natural Law is reflected in the Laws as recorded in the group of books commonly referred to as The Holy Bible, as verified by Sir William Blackstone in his published <em>Commentaries.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><strong>WHEREAS 3; POSITIVE LAW \/ Man Made Law \/ &#8220;at Law&#8221; &#8211; The Bible is the highest Law &#8211; Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The King James 1611 Bible translation became the official text, being at least the 5th in a line of translations of many of the contents (Aramaic to Hebrew to Greek to Latin to English) and hence can only be considered as hearsay evidence, however again it largely follows Natural Law.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The reasoned facts not only follow the Bible and long established principals and the foundation of the Civil Rules as expressed in the Maxims prove the stability of Absolute Law taking precedence over Natural Law &#8211; a truth stands until rebutted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0The highest written positive law of the UK, is confirmed as the Bible upon which HM Queen Elizabeth II made her promises and signed the Oath.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is further confirmed by the\u00a0CANONS OF JUDICIAL ETHICS * With Amendments to January 1, 1968<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Ancient Precedents.<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;And I charged your judges at that time, saying Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him. &#8220;Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God&#8217;s; and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I wil hear it&#8221;\u2014\u00a0Deuteronomy, I, 16-17.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> &#8220;Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift; for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.&#8221;\u2014Deuteronomy, XVI, 19.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These in Equity time precedence supersede the Magna Carta where a monopoly was set up to restrict the practice of law to the privileged for private profit of the realm,\u00a0&#8220;We will not make any justiciaries, constables, sheriffs or bailiffs, but from those who understand the law of the realm and are well disposed to observe it.&#8221;\u2014Magna Charta, XLV.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Extract of the oath taken by Elizabeth II in 1953 Transcript as supplied by Buckingham Palace; see also Edward Ratcliff, <em>The Coronation Service of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II<\/em>, SPCK, 1953<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;&#8230;&#8230;.\u00a0 Madam, is your Majesty willing to take the Oath?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">And the Queen answering,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am willing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Archbishop shall minister these questions; and the Queen, having a book in her hands, shall answer each question severally as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Archbishop. Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the &#8230;&#8230; according to their respective laws and customs?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Queen. I solemnly promise so to do.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Archbishop. Will you to your power cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgements?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Queen. I Will. &#8230;&#8230;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The things which I have here before promised, I will perform and keep. So help me God.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Then the Queen shall kiss the Book and sign the Oath. &#8230;&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Queens Oath confirms not that she has any more authority than the people she governs, but that she is accepting the responsibility which she accepted as inherited from the customs of generations past, and as long as the people accept this she is the highest authority in the instrument she uses &#8220;to govern the Peoples&#8230;&#8221;, which is the Parliament.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Therefore 1;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Bible is the highest positive law jurisdiction in the UK.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is no contractual relationship between the people and the monarchy,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The right to rule is no more than an unrebutted claim.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><strong>WHEREAS 4; Followed by Common Law\u00a0 Jurisdiction.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Doom_book\">Alfred the Great codified the 3 prior Saxon codes to which he prefixed the 10 commandments of Moses and this established the <\/a>Common Law from app 900 CE.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Common Law&#8221; is the UK equivalent of &#8220;Roman Law&#8221;, both being the codification of customs and traditions of the time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The actions of the procedures of Parliament, where senior figures including but not limited to MP&#8217;s take an oath or affirmation to faithfully serve HM Queen Elizabeth II with the help of a higher power (not always &#8220;so help me God&#8221;). <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.parliament.uk\/about\/how\/elections-and-voting\/swearingin\/\">For details link the is<\/a> http:\/\/www.parliament.uk\/about\/how\/elections-and-voting\/swearingin\/\u00a0\u00a0 for eg. MP&#8217;s oath<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;I (name of Member) swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, her heirs and successors, according to law.\u00a0So help me God.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Therefore;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is no contract resulting from voting due to the breach of contract by the MP&#8217;s who gave undertaking to the voters in exchange to represent them in the House of Commons based upon those undertakings. They now no longer are there to represent the people but have changed their allegiance to &#8221; Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, her heirs and successors, according to law.\u00a0&#8220;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><strong>WHEREAS 5: Statute Law is applicable to government employees and agents only &#8211; Criminal Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.parliament.uk\/documents\/lords-information-office\/2014\/state-opening-of-parliament-H-145.pdf\"><strong>The Queen\u2019s Speech<\/strong><\/a> delivered at <strong>State<\/strong> (hereinafter the name of the jurisdiction of the organisation she uses to govern the people) Opening, is the public statement of the government\u2019s legislative programme for Parliament\u2019s next working year.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">PUBLIC, adj. Pertaining to a state, nation, or whole community; proceeding from, relating to,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">or affecting the whole body of people or an entire community.\u00a0 Black&#8217;s Law Dictionary 4th Edition.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The state, nation or whole community being the people who help the sovereign to &#8220;govern the people&#8230;. according to their respective customs and laws&#8221;.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">State Opening is the only regular occasion <strong>when the three constituent parts of Parliament that have to give their assent to new laws \u2013 <em>the Sovereign, the House of Lords and the House of Commons<\/em> \u2013 meet.<\/strong> The Speech is written by the government and read out in the House of Lords&#8230;. <em>it sets out the government\u2019s legislative agenda for the year. The final words, \u2018Other measures will be laid before you\u2019, give the government flexibility to introduce other bills (draft laws)<\/em>&#8230;. State Opening takes place on the first day of a new session. The Queen\u2019s Speech marks the formal start to the year. <strong><em>Neither House can conduct any business until after it has been read.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0(<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.parliament.uk\/about\/living-heritage\/evolutionofparliament\/originsofparliament\/birthofparliament\/overview\/origins\/\">Parliament<\/a> examines what the Government is doing, makes new laws, holds the power to set taxes and debates the issues of the day.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(The Prime Minister leads the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/how-government-works\">government<\/a> with the support of the Cabinet and ministers (who do not have to be a voted MP).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ACTs give their authority as follows<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Be it enacted by the Queen\u2019s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the <strong>Lords Spiritual<\/strong> and Temporal, and Commons, <strong>in this present Parliament assembled<\/strong>, and by the authority of the same, as follows:&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is the limit of who has consented to fall under ACT&#8217;s and other legislative instruments of the &#8220;State&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Parliament according to their website where the Queens Speech states<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;.. <strong>the three constituent parts of Parliament that have to give their assent to new laws \u2013 <\/strong>the Sovereign, the House of Lords and the House of Commons&#8230;&#8221;,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">yet on the Acts a fourth party appears, the <strong>Lords Spiritual!<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Therefore:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is no contractual relationship between non government employees or agents thereof and non contracting people.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Further the employees and agents of the government fall under that jurisdiction ONLY whilst on &#8220;government business&#8221; unless contracted otherwise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hence the ACTs only apply to contracting parties of the organisation the Queen uses &#8220;to govern the Peoples of&#8230;..&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This fact is confirmed in the first promise as she &#8220;governs the Peoples of&#8230;&#8230;<strong> according to their respective laws and customs&#8230;&#8221; <\/strong>unless a person chooses under their freewill to work for the organisation the Queen uses to fulfil the promise which means public employees, agents, contractors etc. and only whilst they are on public business unless agreed otherwise, as that is the limit of jurisdiction and authority.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These separate &#8220;Civil&#8221; and &#8220;Criminal&#8221; jurisdictions are confirmed in the Senior Courts Act 1981, 49 Concurrent administration of law and equity.,<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(1)Subject to the provisions of this or any other Act, every court exercising jurisdiction in England or Wales in any civil cause or matter shall continue to administer law and equity on the basis that, wherever there is any conflict or variance between the rules of equity and the rules of the common law with reference to the same matter, <strong>the rules of equity shall prevail.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><strong>WHEREAS 6: Is there a possible relationship via &#8220;gods law&#8221;?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For this we need to go back to the Queens Speech<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Extract of the oath taken by Elizabeth II in 1953<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Transcript as supplied by Buckingham Palace; see also Edward Ratcliff,<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Coronation Service of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II<\/span>,<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> SPCK, 1953<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;&#8230;. Archbishop. <strong>Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel?<\/strong> Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law? Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England? And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges, as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Queen. All this I promise to do&#8230;.&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A baptism is the putting of a child into the jurisdiction of ecclesiastical law as the legal owner, the trustee, and the parent remains the beneficiary of their own child.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once of lawful age the confirmation is done by the freewill of the people thereby submitting themselves lawfully to &#8220;gods law&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Additionally the monarch is the head of the COE<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Therefore:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Anyone confirmed falls under the jurisdiction of the COE.<\/li>\n<li>The COE (Lords Spiritual) consent to all Acts.<\/li>\n<li>And hence all Acts are consented to by the freewill of those who have been confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>However:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>There has not been a meeting of the minds (a belief that you are accepting to follow &#8220;gods law&#8221; only as opposed to Statute Law aswell) making this contract at all levels of Law invalid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">JURIS AFFECTUS IN EXECUTIONE CONSISTIT.
