If we did there would be peace and not war!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">EQUITY. In its broadest and most general signification,\u00a0this term denotes the spirit and the habit of fairness, justness, and right dealing which would regulate the intercourse of men with men,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u2014the rule of doing to all others as we desire them to do to us; or, as it is expressed by Justinian,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;to live honestly, to harm nobody, to render to every man his due.&#8221; Inst. 1, 1, 3. It is therefore the synonym of natural right or justice. But in this sense its obligation is ethical rather than jural, and its discussion belongs to the sphere of morals.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">It is grounded in the precepts of the conscience, not in any sanction of positive law.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">In a restricted sense, the word denotes equal and impartial justice as between two persons<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">whose rights or claims are &#8216;in conflict; justice, that is, as ascertained by natural reason or ethical insight, but independent of the formulated body of law.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">REMEDY. The means by which a right is enforced or the violation of a right is prevented, redressed, or compensated. The receiving satisfaction for an injury sustained.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Remedies for the redress of injuries are either public, by indictment, when the injury to the individual or to his property affects the public, or private, when \u2018the tort is only injurious to the individual.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Blacks Law Dictionary 4th Edition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"entry-title\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">WHEREAS 2.<strong>Lawful access to natural resources to meet human survival:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<ol>\n<li data-incom=\"LI0\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">All the requirements for human survival are only found on land.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<strong>THEREFORE 1, Self evident laws for the needs of human survival (ABSOLUTE LAW):<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-incom=\"P0\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">ABSOLUTE LAW. The true and proper law of nature, immutable in the abstract or in principle,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0in theory, but not in application; for very often the object, the reason, situation, and other circumstances, may vary its exercise and obligation.1 Steph.Comm. 21\u00a0et seq.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-incom=\"LI1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Any human can lawfully live unhindered by others where they choose to meet their needs for survival.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-incom=\"LI2\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Any human can take what they need for survival from those who have more than their need for their survival if others do not provide safe access to sufficient land to individuals to meet their needs of survival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>THEREFORE 2; Self evident laws beyond the needs of human survival (NATURAL LAW):<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-incom=\"P1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">NATURAL LAW. This expression, \u201cnatural law,\u201d or jus naturale, was largely used in the philosophical speculations of the Roman jurists of the Antonine age, and was intended to denote a system of rules and principles for the guidance of human conduct which, independently of enacted law or of the systems peculiar to any one people, might be discovered by the rational intelligence of man, and would be found to grow out of and conform to his nature, meaning by that word his whole mental, moral, and physical constitution. Black\u2019s Law Dictionary 4th Edition.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">1. No one can own natural resources, society can only agree who has usage rights.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p data-incom=\"P2\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">Genesis 1:28\u00a0King James Version (KJV):\u00a0And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li data-incom=\"LI3\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The value of goods and services can only be the human input (mental and physical), which cannot be taken from any human without their freewill.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-incom=\"P3\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">Legal Maxim: \u201cIt is against equity for freemen not to have the free disposal of their own property\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li data-incom=\"LI4\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Witnessing without preventing another human causing harm knowingly without risking one\u2019s own life is itself knowingly causing harm to the one being harmed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-incom=\"P4\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">QUI NON IMPROBAT, APPROBAT. He who does not blame, approves.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">Black\u2019s Law Dictionary 4th Edition.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WHEREAS 3<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Lawful human interaction can only be by consent;<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<ul>\n<li data-incom=\"LI0\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">JURIS PRIECEPTA SUNT HIEC: HONESTE VIVERE; ALTERUM NON LEDERE; SUUM CUIQUE TRIBUERE.\u00a0 These are the precepts of the law: To live honourably; to hurt nobody; to render to everyone his due.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-incom=\"LI1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">JUS NATURALE. A sending away; a putting into commission; the assignment of a debt to another;\u00a0 \u00a0the intrusting another with a general power to act for the good of those who depute him; a body\u00a0of delegates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-incom=\"LI6\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: #ff0000;\">AUTHORITY.
