Lawful access to natural resources to meet human survival:<\/strong><\/h1>\n

  1. All the requirements for human survival are only found on land.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/span>THEREFORE 1, Self evident laws for the needs of human survival (ABSOLUTE LAW):<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

    ABSOLUTE LAW. The true and proper law of nature, immutable in the abstract or in principle,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span>in theory, but not in application; for very often the object, the reason, situation, and other circumstances, may vary its exercise and obligation.1 Steph.Comm. 21 <\/span>et seq.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

    1. Any human can lawfully live unhindered by others where they choose to meet their needs for survival.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Any human can take what they need for survival from those who have more than their need for their survival if they cannot have access to sufficient land to meet their needs of survival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      THEREFORE 2; Self evident laws beyond the needs of human survival (NATURAL LAW):<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

      NATURAL LAW. This expression, “natural law,” or jus naturale, was largely used in the philosophical speculations of the Roman jurists of the Antonine age, and was intended to denote a system of rules and principles for the guidance of human conduct which, independently of enacted law or of the systems peculiar to any one people, might be discovered by the rational intelligence of man, and would be found to grow out of and conform to his nature, meaning by that word his whole mental, moral, and physical constitution.       1. No one can own natural resources, society can only agree who has usage rights.<\/span><\/h1>\n

      1. The value of goods and services can only be the human input (mental and physical), which cannot be taken from any human without their freewill.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Witnessing without preventing another human causing harm knowingly without risking one’s own life is itself knowingly causing harm to the one being harmed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
